Swastish bagged new order from Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited for Application of Application of special condenser tube coating on Condenser Tubes of Unit no.: 6, Chandrapur Super Thermal Power Station.

Brief About Project:

  • Swastish has once again repeated history in introducing very unique solution at utility scale in MSPGCL for improvement of condenser efficiency for Unit #6, Chandrapur Super Thermal Power Station.
  • The solution is patented product designed, developed, manufactured and marketed by firm based in USA.
  • The same project is the 1st of its kind and scale to be implemented in any power station in India.
  • The application of same solution will benefit U#6, CSTPS with with improvement in efficiency by 5-7%, improvement in power generation and reduction in coal consumption.
  • It will also create lasting impact on society in reduction carbon emission and will help MSPGCL in inching towards globally formed Paris Agreement goals of emission control.

  • 1st Application in India of its kind and scale.
  • Entire project shall be executed by OEM.
  • Product and Services shall be guaranteed by OEM.
  • All technical and commercial terms and conditions are as per demand of Swastish.
  • Security Deposit of 3% in place of 10%.
  • Payment terms with 20% interest free advance against submission of Bank Guarantee.
  • Project to be completed within 25 days from plant outage.
  • 50% payment against completion of work and balance 30% against performance period of 72 Hrs. (3 Days).
  • Payback period to MSPGCL in less than one year.
  • Completion of work will benefit CSTPS in terms of efficiency improvement, reduction in coal consumption, improvement in energy generation and reduction in CO2 emission.
  • Completion of work will benefit Swastish in terms of Pre-qualification criteria for future works, open entry to similar projects in thermal power stations and process industries.
