Mr. Satish Mohole has completed Diploma in Business Management Master in Management Studies. He has incorporated Swati Enterprises in 1991. He has wide experience in business development, Customer relationship management and managing finances.

He is responsible for Developing and executing the company's business strategies and providing strategic advice to the company, Preparing and implementing comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement.

He has also been served as honorary trustee of Shree Saptashrungi Devi Trust, and has been actively involved in several social activities.

Suyog Mohole

Director Projects

Mr. Suyog completed Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Management studies. More than 5 years experience in Xlo india Ltd. for product design and development.

With wide experience of 20 years in project execution, material management, inventory control and customer relationship management, he is responsible for Project Execution and Management.

He has played key role in execution of various projects and completion of projects ahead of time schedule.

Aaditya Mohole

Director Operation

Mr. Aaditya has completed BE Electrical from University of Pune and Master in Business Administration from S. P. Jain institute of Management, Mumbai.
He young entrepreneur with electrical background, wish to implement new dynamics to the business growth.

Has introduced many new customers to company and have marked company footprints out of Maharashtra at distant geographies including Andhra Pradesh, Jharkhand, Assam, Jammu and Kashmir.

He has Introduced standard operating practices in company operations, dealt with new suppliers and developed backward supply chain.

Rajashri Mohole

Director Legal and Planning

Mrs. Rajashri has rich education profile with completion of Bachlor of Law, Bachlor of Business Administration, Master of Law with specialisation in Corporate Law, Master of Commerce and Foundation studies of company secretory.

She is looking after legal prospects, preparation of Agreements, secretarial responsibilities, information of company activities to registrar of companies, banks and investors.
